Our Impact

Changing Lives Across Cornwall

Every day, Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre helps people living with neurological conditions and neurodiversity improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.

Located in Mid Cornwall, our purpose-built, fully accessible centre serves communities from across the county, providing specialist therapies, wellbeing support, information and opportunities for connection.

Behind every statistic is a person, a family and a story. Whether someone is rebuilding confidence after a stroke, managing the symptoms of multiple sclerosis, living well with Parkinson’s, or seeking support for their neurodiversity, our aim is simple: to help people live healthier, fuller and more independent lives.

Why Our Work Matters

Neurological conditions can affect every aspect of daily life, including mobility, communication, confidence, mental wellbeing and relationships.

Through our range of therapies, programmes and support services, we help people:

  • Improve physical function and mobility
  • Build confidence and independence
  • Manage symptoms and maintain wellbeing
  • Reduce isolation and loneliness
  • Connect with others who understand their experiences
  • Access specialist support close to home

We are committed to understanding the difference our services make and using feedback to continually improve what we do.

Our work also supports families, carers, friends and employers, helping them better understand and respond to the challenges neurological conditions can bring.
